Idols

As long as I’ve known and the culture I once came from people have always made idols for themselves. In the Bible Paul discussed our Heavenly Father with a handful of philosophers on a granite hill facing the famous Acropolis with its temples to pagan gods. I was in a similar place having a talk with an Atheist today. I discovered and identified the oldest idol anyone’s worshipped “THEMSELVES “. We still are making idols today. Any thoughts?
